For Murabaha transactions to be valid following conditions must be fulfilled
  1. Subject matter must available for Sale.
  2. Seller should have both ownership & possession, (either physical or constructive).
  3. It should be an immediate sale, independent to any chance.
  4. Anything having considerable worth can be sold.
  5. Subject matter should be Shariah compliant.
  6. All the details & features of the subject matter should be specified to the buyer.
  7. Delivery of the goods must not be dependent to any event.
  8. Price must be fixed.
  9. There should be no condition for Sale.
